Based in Redditch, our dedicated team of in-house designers and joiners are skilled in designing and creating bespoke handmade new staircases and transforming old staircases for both residential and commercial properties. Assuring quality and price competitiveness.
Offering handmade traditional timber staircases, we assure you that we do not use CNC machines when producing our bespoke designs. All timber staircases come with the option of being sealed or treated with a treatment of the customers choice. A popular option is OSMO, giving a clear finish, which many customers opt for.
We have the ability to replicate or match existing staircases and stair parts. With over 40 years experience changing staircases combined with our in house woodturners’ and hand rail specialists, we can replicate any staircase and stair part to suit your requirements – useful when renovating or working on a listed or period property.
Many of Grosvenor Stairs customers take advantage of our 7 day Express Delivery, ensuring that all staircases will be delivered by our team in one of our own Charles Grosvenor vans. The Grosvenor 7 day Express Delivery is guaranteed from order date to delivery date.* A fitting service is an option, which is subject to time scale.
