We advise that you do not book any trades people or schedule your stair parts to be fitted until your order has been delivered and checked in full.
For all made-to-measure glass and large orders, we use our own fleet of transport vehicles.

Standard delivery to England, Wales and Low Lands of Scotland is a next day service.
Deliveries take place between 8am & 6pm. Sunday and Bank Holidays deliveries are not available.

Deliveries to Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands, Northern Ireland & Southern Ireland to be priced accordingly during sales process.

Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 14 days) in original, undamaged packaging.
Please ensure you ask for a returns number before returning goods, this way we can track your purchase back into our system. Customers accept the responsibility for postage costs on returned goods. Waiting to receive goods back in good condition, a 30% restocking charge.
